Home to Port wine cellars like Caves Calém, it offers a wide variety of cafes and local shops. If you're a wine enthusiast we advice you to do a interactive tour in Cálem Cellar Tour, to learn everything you need to know about Port Wine but be aware that it will took at least one hour to do it.
If aren't a big fan of wine, you can try Porto Wine in almost every restaurant in Porto and save this time to admire other Porto's attractions.
We suggest you either have lunch at Mercado Beira Rio (a market with many restaurants, where you can try many of the portuguese dishes) or at the next stop in the itinerary - Ribeira.
